Near City, Nice Room, Nice Smell, So Clean
It was unexpectedly clean and very comfortable. The room size was also bigger than I thought. Worth the price and definitely made our trip more memorable.
The water dispenser on our floor was turned off hence we could not get to refill water when needed.

Location specially at night- not that safe for foreigner
The location is near to the event we would like to attend. I love they only provide toothpaste and other bath amenities based on demand. It reduces possibilities to consume and taking anything unnecessary which could wasted. I myself always bring our bath amenities.
Too much lighting for me. It will be better to reduce a bit lighting to save energy.
Nothing disappointed
After paying for breakfast they didn’t give my guest n l got a call from my guest . 2 of my guest left to have outside . We paid for 7 n only 5 were given breakfast. I had to argue to get them breakfast. After informing l want my money back they finally gave breakfast because l had my bill showing then l paid . Front desk vey mess up not aware about anything. For my 2 other guest they pack for the next day their breakfast after they checked out to airport. Its was so embarrassing. I will never recommend any one this hotel .

The staff is very friendly & helpful. Airport pick up service is available on request with charges. Hotel is just 15 minute from Gambir Station, highly recommended for those who wanted to take train to Yogjakarta.
The staff were friendly and the restaurant in the evening was a good standard.
